Most DWI lawyers will tell you to plea guilty if your case has challenging facts, such as:

2. Badly failing police “sobriety” test
3. Bad driving facts (i.e. weaving, collision, unconscious at a stop light, etc.)

We do not subscribe to that belief.  Instead, we believe that it is possible to beat any DWI.
